Q: Should the Visionary Leader speech be written out, and should it be the same each time it is given? My CEO doesn't like to talk from a script.
A: Yes, the Visionary Leader speech must be written so that the message is consistently delivered and the speaker doesn't deviate from the script. Once written out, it should be memorized and delivered as a conversation at the Point of Entry®. The speech should be the same each time it is given. However, all Visionary Leaders need a back-up person, in which case the speech will stay the same but the personal connection referred to in the speech will change.
